The night started off with Alberto Del Rio continuing to proclaim that winning the Royal Rumble was his destiny, until R-Truth interrupted him, followed by "Dashing" Cody Rhodes, and then Rey Mysterio. After the four exchanged words & fists, General Manager Theodore Long made the confrontation into a tag team match. A very competitive match, but in the end, once R-Truth took care of Alberto on the outside, Mysterio nailed Cody with the 619 and won the match for his team.

In a rematch from two weeks ago, Drew McIntyre took on Trent Barretta. McIntyre had the match well in hand and wanted to do more damage to Barretta by simply throwing him out of the ring, but Trent countered with a sunset flip and earned himself an upset victory. After the match, McIntyre physically confronted Barretta until Kelly Kelly walked up. Drew pleaded heavily that he could be a better man, but all Kelly could simply tell him was to "grow up".

In one-on-one action, the Big Show took on Wade Barrett. Near the end , as the Big Show was about to put away Barrett, Heath Slater & Justin Gabriel, who refused to be a part of CM Punk's new Nexus on Raw, showed up and attacked the Big Show, Nexus style. But as the Big Show was throwing them off of him, Ezekiel Jackson appeared and no one knew what his motives were at that time. When the old Nexus attacked again & failed, Ezekiel stepped in and assaulted the Big Show. Once Barrett & his crew gained the upper hand, Ezekiel bodyslammed the Big Show with ease! (Hulk Hogan, eat your heart out) Afterwards, all four stood over the Big Show, proud of what they did.

In diva action, Michelle McCool took on the Glamazon Beth Phoenix. McCool had the match under control as she worked on Beth's knee throughout the match, but it still wasn't enough as the Glamazon showed her strength & finished off McCool with the Glam Slam.

In a non-title match, Intercontinental Champion Kofi Kingston battled Jack Swagger in nothing short of a competitive match. The match went back and forth, but Kofi managed to roll up Swagger in the end to earn another victory.

The night concluded with the World Heavyweight Champion Edge hosting his talk show, the Cutting Edge. His guests: #1 contender Dolph Ziggler & Vickie Guerrero. All three exchanged insulting words until Vickie showed everyone a clip from 2 1/2 years ago of Edge kissing then-wedding planner Alicia Fox on their wedding day. Edge countered by showing a clip from 2 months ago of Dolph Ziggler kissing Vickie's season 3 rookie from NXT, Kaitlyn. Before Vickie could react, Dolph attacked Edge and prevented him from harming Vickie by dragging him to the outside & slamming Edge's head on the steel steps. Dolph & Vickie were so proud that they kissed deeply over him.
