The ecomony here in Michigan is still real rough but it didn't distract Detroit Tiger fans to go to Florida to see their team. As I ran into families from Dearborn, Novi and especially in Toledo, they told me some tough stories on how they found a way to get down to the sunshine state to see their favorite team.

The other sites that they see are the various aquarium tourist attractions especially in Clearwater. The dolphins are the main act for the fans. "Winter" a young dolphin who lost her tail, and Sawyer, an 11-year old boy who befriends her in the movie " Dolphin Tale".

A story centered on the friendship between a boy and a dolphin whose tail was lost in a crab trap.
Winter was rescued from a nearby beach and brought to Yates' facility for emergency care. Though the outlook was grim, Winter survived the ordeal with the loss of her tail. Still not out of the woods, Winter faced the risk of spinal injury with her attempts to adapt to tail-less swimming.
"Let's get one thing straight," says David Yates with a smirk outside the entrance of the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, "I'm not the guy who made 'Harry Potter.'

People from the North do enjoy the sea animals and their environment, kids are a big support in this process. There was families also from Boston, New York.

With the Winter Classic coming to Detroit and Ann Arbor monies with flow into the ecomony and people will be curious. Over hundreds of thousands of dollars will go into the ecomony in Southeast Michigan. The success of the sports teams in Detroit like the Detroit Red Wings then fans will want to send their money to be apart of a championship teams success.

The ecomony at this time in Florida is real good because of Spring Training and the Fans from the North and all over the Country proceed down to the warmth and also out west in Arizona. For Michiganders going to warmer climate in the winter remember that the ecomony is very unstable.
