From the United Kingdom, Raw kicked off with R-Truth happy to be in the triple threat match at Extreme Rules for the WWE Championship, until John Morrison showed up. After Morrison teased him about drinking water last week on Raw and his smoking habits, R-Truth found himself fighting for his Extreme Rules spot against him. A good match until Morrison got the upper hand and finished him off with starship pain. After Morrison earned the right to be in the main event at Extreme Rules, R-Truth's personality changed right in front of the WWE Universe.

Sporting a new look, Dolph Ziggler, with Vicki Guerrero at ringside, went one-on-one with Evan Bourne. Towards the end, the "new & improved" Ziggler countered Bourne's shooting star press with his zig-zag finisher to win the match.

Protesting about the recent change for his title match, referring to John Morrison now in & that it's a steel cage match, WWE Champion The Miz wanted an answer from the Raw GM on how it would be fixed. Instead, Sin Cara came out to have his match with Alex Riley. Moments later, John Cena ran down to the ring to even the odds & the Raw GM changed the contest to a tag team match. A great match before Sin Cara finished off Alex Riley with a moonsault off the top rope. In his first ever tag team match in the WWE, Sin Cara stood victorious along side former WWE champion, John Cena.

In diva action, Eve took on Nikki Bella with her sister & Divas champion, Brie at ringside. Eve wasted no time and didn't allow the sisters to use Twin Magic as she rolled up Nikki for the win.

In an U.K. ceremony, Michael Cole was knighted by the "queen" with Jack Swagger present. Afterwards, Cole called out Jerry "The King" Lawler & Jim Ross to kiss his fungus-infested feet. The King & J.R. got up with other ideas, but Swagger prevented all that by knocking down Lawler and clamping on the ankle lock on J.R. while Cole tried to make him kiss his feet.

In a non-title match, United States Champion Sheamus took on Santino Marella. Santino tried his best, but Sheamus was too much for him as he knocked out Santino with the brogue kick to win the match.

In a WrestleMania XXVII rematch, Randy Orton took on CM Punk. A great match with the RKO & the GTS both countered, but in the end, Orton managed to roll CM Punk for the win. Moments later, the new Nexus appeared & assaulted Orton. After they beat him down, Mason Ryan was eager to kick Orton in the skull, but CM Punk stopped him, wanting to do it himself. As Punk got closer, Orton nailed him with the RKO before slipping out of the ring, leaving CM Punk furious.
